What ONE WORD sells

ONE WORD is an interactive public web project. A purchase allows the customer to submit one eligible word for publication in the shared sentence. The contribution receives a sequential number after confirmed payment. Position is determined by payment-confirmed processing order, not by the moment checkout is opened.

Content rules

Submissions must be a single eligible word and may not contain unlawful content, targeted harassment, hate content, personal data, impersonation, spam, links, or attempts to manipulate the service. The operator may hide or moderate submissions that violate these rules. A hidden submission does not imply endorsement or publication rights.

Immediate performance / consumer information

[INSERT LOCALLY REVIEWED TERMS FOR IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE, CANCELLATION / WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS, REFUNDS, DIGITAL SERVICES AND REQUIRED PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION FOR YOUR TARGET MARKETS.]

Payments

Checkout is handled through Payhip and the payment method(s) connected to the operator's Payhip account. ONE WORD stores only the contribution/payment identifiers needed to reconcile publication; payment-card or wallet credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider.

Privacy

Public contribution data may include the submitted word, contribution number, optional display name, optional country and publication timestamp. Before launch, add the operator's complete GDPR information, legal bases, retention periods, data-subject rights, processor details, international-transfer information where applicable, and a contact address for privacy requests.

Moderation contact

To report an unlawful or abusive contribution, contact [MODERATION EMAIL] and include the word number.
